Engagements rarely begin with a completed specification. They begin with a situation.
Owners or the board need an independent outside-in assessment of whether the right things are being done, how effectively the business operates, where improvement potential lies and what is required to achieve the objectives. The findings are brought together in a clear business plan with priorities and a practical way forward.

We step into, or work alongside, the management team for an agreed period. This may involve filling a senior role, reinforcing a management team or leading a defined project that requires an experienced engagement lead.
We can take overall responsibility for strategic, operational, commercial, organisational, financial, legal and technical due diligence ahead of an acquisition, sale or other important decision. Keypoint leads the engagement and delivers it using our own expertise and, where required, qualified specialists from our network. We can also support implementation after the decision.
We work with cost reduction, procurement, logistics, production, service organisations and business development. We assess the current situation, prioritise actions and lead implementation together with your organisation.
