Keypoint AB is an independent advisory and management firm led by Torbjörn Geijer and Michael Flodin. We step in when owners, boards and management teams need senior leadership capacity for a defined period.

Profiles
Partners and specialist expertise
Keypoint is led by partners Torbjörn Geijer and Michael Flodin. For engagements that are larger in scale or duration, or require specific specialist expertise, Keypoint adds selected partners and specialists from its network. Keypoint retains leadership of the engagement, and the client has one clearly accountable point of contact.
Both Torbjörn and Michael have held senior line-management positions. Together, their experience includes CEO, COO and CFO roles, international assignments and service on more than 30 boards in Sweden and abroad.
Torbjörn has held CEO, COO and CFO roles, worked as part of executive management teams and served on boards. He is accustomed to working where commercial priorities, governance and performance monitoring meet, and to reporting to owners and boards.
In engagements, Torbjörn works with due diligence, business development and support in acquiring and selling companies. He also advises owners, boards and CEOs on prioritisation, governance and performance monitoring.
Torbjörn brings the perspectives of owners, boards and management teams to restructuring, closures and workforce changes, including decision support, financial monitoring, governance, commercial consequences and coordination of implementation.
Michael has served as CEO and on boards, worked as part of executive management teams, and held operational leadership roles covering procurement, logistics, production and departmental management. His experience therefore covers both overall responsibility and the functions where costs, flows and delivery capability are determined.
In engagements, Michael works with cost reduction and efficiency improvement, operational reviews and the development of service organisations. He also works with due diligence and support in acquiring and selling companies, focusing on how the business actually operates and what is required to make the transaction work in practice.
Michael works with the operational aspects of restructuring and closures, including capacity assessment, organisation, procurement, logistics, production, service functions and practical implementation. He also provides operational leadership for change programmes and workforce restructuring.
Michael has experience of structured cost reduction and operational efficiency work, including through ERA Group.
Working method
How we work
The partner who scopes the engagement leads the work and remains your point of contact. Torbjörn Geijer and Michael Flodin work together and, for larger engagements or where specialist expertise is required, add selected partners and specialists to the team. Keypoint retains leadership of the engagement. Mandate, objectives, scope, timing, budget and handover are agreed before work begins. The agreed budget is not exceeded without the client’s approval.
