Personal data we process

When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we may process:

your name;
your company;
email address;
telephone number, if you choose to provide it;
the description of your enquiry that you provide;
subsequent correspondence with you.

Please do not send confidential information about a transaction, sensitive personal data or information about individual employees in HR matters through the form or by email.

Why we process personal data

We process the data to:

respond to your enquiry;
assess whether we can assist and prepare a potential engagement;
propose a time for a conversation and conduct it;
continue business communication with you regarding the matter for which you contacted us;
manage a potential engagement and our contractual relationship.

We process the data on the basis of our mutual legitimate interest in maintaining business contact and, where applicable, because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract.

How personal data may be shared

We do not sell personal data.

Service providers we engage, for example for email, website hosting and IT services, may process data on our behalf. They may only process the data in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes described here.

Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long we retain personal data

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, an ongoing engagement or our continuing business relationship, and thereafter for as long as required by law, for example under accounting legislation.

Data that is no longer required is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time; see below.

You have the right to:

have inaccurate data corrected;
request erasure of data;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
request restriction of processing;
in certain cases, receive data in a machine-readable format.

Complaints

If you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), the supervisory authority for personal data processing in Sweden.
